Pack 769 has been serving the Odenton community for over 55 years!
We are the original Cub Scout Pack that started scouting in Odenton. The Pack generally meets on the 4th monday of the month at Nichols Bethel United Methodist Church 1239 Murray Rd at 7pm. The Dens meet once a week in smaller groups of scouts of their own age or grade.We have boys and girls in our pack from Odenton Elementary, Seven Oaks Elementary, Waugh Chapel Elementary, Piney Orchard Elementary, Four Seasons Elementary, Home Schooled, and Private School.
Our big events each year consist of Pinewood Derby in January, Blue and Gold Banquet in February, Kite Festival in Spring, Family Camp in May, Model Rockets in June or July, Space Derby or Raingutter Regatta in August (we rotate these events each year). When we do community service it is done in our local community. We have made goodie bags for Sarah's House for Halloween and worked to clean up local hiking trails and waterways. As the need arises we get asked to do other service projects for the community.
